Help Shape Your Community

Your feedback helps Los Angeles County identify community needs and determine how federal resources should be invested in your neighborhood.

• The Community Survey helps the County determine how to best allocate resources through the Annual Action Plan (Action Plan) for Fiscal Year 2027-2028 (July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2028).


• Your input will be provided to the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors to help determine which activities and programs should receive funding.


• Funding includes the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grants Program (ESG).


• The goal is to create better neighborhoods for Los Angeles Urban County residents based on needs identified by the community.
